Changes Made For 2024
How to Book/Schedule a service!

If you have any questions about your project at anytime outside of the weekly scheduled calls, this is how you schedule a project status meeting;
Schedule an appointment if you have any questions about your project 24hrs in advance. This is to give me time to gather all information about the project to answer all your questions. To schedule an appointment for a status update:

You will need to go to my website at the top of the page and go to the book now tab in the menu.

When the page comes up, you will select project status. Fill out the form and submit. Make sure to add your phone number so you can receive text messages.

Existing clients
You have a new project, and you would like me to start researching for permitting, then you will book existing client. There will be a $150 fee to get started with research. That fee will be added towards the permitting service when you accept the estimate.

In the booking tab, you will select Existing Clients consultation.

When the page comes up, complete the form, pick a time and date, and pay fee.

2hrs before your booking time, you will receive the estimate.

*THIS BOOKING WILL NOT REQUIRE A PHONE CALL, ONLY EMAIL.
If you need a phone call, mention it in the notes and one will be scheduled*

New Clients
New to permitting and don't know where to start? Then you will book new client consultation. There will be a $200 consulting fee after 30mins and $100 of that will go towards the permitting service when/if you decide to use me to apply for permits.

In the booking tab, you will select New Client consultation.

When the page comes up, complete the form, pick a time and date, and pay fee.

2hrs before your booking time, you will receive the estimate.

In the appointment, we will discuss the estimate and I can answer any questions you may have.

Payment
​
Once a deposit is paid, permit applications will be submitted to the city within 24-48 hrs depending on the application. Zoning applications may take longer.
*No work will begin without a paid deposit.*

All permit fees are paid by the owner or contractor. When the permit is ready to issue, you will receive the final permit fees that will need to be paid to receive the permit. When that permit fee is paid and the permit is issued, the remaining expediting balance is due.
Approved plans and the permit will not be released without a paid invoice. After 5 days and the invoice is not paid, a $50 fee will be added to the invoice.
Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the signed permit card with the approved plans for you to print and have on site for all inspections. Failure to have these items on site will result in a stop work order or a failed inspection.
